August 2026: Change of plans. My curated guides are lengthy and require a lot of time to follow. While they are helpful in providing a feel for the modding process, they also take a lot of time to maintain and update. So I'm doing a Wabbajack instead. If that goes well, I'll look into doing a Nexus Collection. No estimated completion date.

Legacy of the Dragonborn

  • Installation instructions:
    • Install main file only. 

Open Cities - Legacy of the Dragonborn Compatibility Patch (https://www.afkmods.com/index.php?/files/file/1905-open-cities-skyrim/)

  • Click on Download file, then select the patches file. Install in Vortex and check the box for "Legacy of the Dragonborn v5"

Even Better Quests Objectives (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/159)

  • Has an automatic patch installer
  • When installer runs, check Dark Brotherhood Forever to Miscellaneous Quests 

Re-run Kryptopyr's Patch Hub.

Sort plugins and make adjustments. Your load order should look like this after you complete the section on merged and bashed patches. 

Start a new test game.
